Quick navigation
Current legal stack
These terms are written to support public visitors, authenticated users and enterprise operators without hiding the operating boundaries of the platform.
Use of TalentsBar must stay lawful, respectful and aligned with the role-based workflows exposed across the platform and connected portals.
The goal is clarity: what the service covers, what users are allowed to do and where legal and operational responsibility begins or ends.
Operating note
TalentsBar is built around structured decision support. The terms follow the same principle: explain the operating model, set the boundaries and point to the pages that complete the legal and trust context.
Scope
These terms govern access to the TalentsBar public frontend, connected role-based portals and any workflows that depend on TalentsBar-hosted services or interfaces.
They apply to visitors, registered users, recruiters, administrators and enterprise customers to the extent relevant to their use of the platform.
Where separate written enterprise agreements exist, those commercial agreements take precedence over these public terms for the covered scope only.
Accounts and access
Access to authenticated areas requires accurate account information and, where applicable, a valid organization or workspace relationship.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, access methods and any devices used to interact with the platform.
TalentsBar may suspend, limit or revoke access where there is a reasonable security, compliance or operational concern.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, overload services, scrape restricted content, exfiltrate data or reverse-engineer protected workflows beyond what applicable law permits.
No user may upload, generate or distribute unlawful, discriminatory, malicious or infringing content through TalentsBar workflows or interfaces.
Assessment, ranking and messaging features must not be used to harass, manipulate or misrepresent candidates, recruiters, organizations or platform operators.
Commercial terms
Where paid services, usage-based features or enterprise subscriptions apply, the commercial framework is defined by the relevant order form, proposal, master service agreement or other signed commercial document.
Public content on the site may describe platform capabilities, but it does not by itself create a guaranteed service commitment or service-level promise unless contractually agreed.
TalentsBar may evolve packaging, feature exposure and usage controls over time, provided this is done within the boundaries of applicable law and any governing customer agreement.
Intellectual property and data
TalentsBar retains all rights in the platform, interface design, service architecture, protected content, marks and software components unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Users retain rights in their own lawful content and submissions, subject to the rights necessary for TalentsBar to host, process, transmit and present that content within the agreed workflows.
Generated assessment signals, scores, derived summaries and operational metadata may be processed as part of the product delivery model, subject to the privacy information and applicable agreements.
Liability and disclaimers
TalentsBar aims to operate a reliable, enterprise-grade system, but public platform materials are provided on an informational basis and may change as the product evolves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentsBar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the public service or public materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where mandatory law applies.
Termination and updates
TalentsBar may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, operational stability, account integrity or breach of these terms.
Users may stop using the public service at any time. Additional account closure or retention handling may depend on applicable product logic, contracts or legal obligations.
These terms may be updated over time. Material updates should be reflected on this page with the current effective context visible through the public legal pages.
Next step
The public legal layer is intentionally structured. Review privacy handling, operator details and public contact channels from pages that are aligned with the same product and compliance posture.
